It is the policy of TOMODACHI LTD that all the Directors are involved directly in every project that the company is commissioned to undertake. Depending on the complexity and size of the project, the Directors’ role may vary from full time involvement to supervisory role. However, the Directors are responsible for ensuring that the clients’ requirements are fulfilled and that our construction and Constructing and Consulting are undertaken to guarantee maximum benefits to the client. It is the policy of the company that critical stages related to site organization and management control are identified and the services related thereto undertaken professionally and at the right time. The company is also very much aware of the fact that once a client has approved a project design and budget, it behooves the company to achieve the completed building within the targeted period. The company is alive to the fact that this is one of the projects priorities if all other factors remain constant. Above notwithstanding, many reasons may occur why this prime objective may not be reached including delays by consultants, changes by the client and problems with weather. The policy of TOMODACHI LTD in relation to these problems is to: - 1.Ensure that our Consulting and constructing services are undertaken at the prescribed time, efficiently and correctly that the product produced is delivered to the relevant parties at the right time. 2.The clients’ wishes related to the project are paramount and therefore, it is essential at whatever stage of the project, that is; design and construction that the client be informed at every stage of the design and construction the implications of any changes or amendments with regard to financial implications and extended construction periods. The company is alive to the fact that many construction projects which result in time and cost over runs are not monitored properly to either identify the reason for the delay or whether a delay or claim is justified. We consider that it is essential that we follow our works programme and monitor on a regular basis our projects so that the company and the clients are provided with proper and accurate information with a view of informing proper decision making.
