HISTORY

TOMODACHI LTD was first established in Kenya in September 2005 as a sole Proprietorship but was later incorporated in Kenya as a Private Limited Liability Company in 2024. The Company Offer Consultancy Services in the Built Environment and also undertakes construction projects in built environment.

CAPACITY

The human resource capacity in the firm includes several well-trained professionals in Specialized professions and qualified support staff who work under the guidance of the Firm’s Directors. Staff training and development remains a major Investment priority to ensure skills adequacy and competence.

DIGITAL TEAM

The Company is wholly computerized and has standard and tailor made software which are used in the design and preparation of tender documents, Feasibility Studies, Project management and general site organization that facilitates quality execution of works and guaranteeing provision of value for money to our clients. The Company is incorporated in Kenya under the company’s Act (CAP 486) as a Private Limited Liability Company.
